Hi, I'm Britni, a functional nutritionist & wellness advocate, and I'm so glad you're here. Like most things in life worth pursuing, my path to becoming a clinical practitioner has been far from linear; yet over the years, my love and expertise for food, farming, nutrition, and the pursuit of an active + adventurous lifestyle ultimately led to the founding of toBnourished as a means for helping people access real, lasting, vibrant health. As such, it's my mission to educate and empower people to reach their highest health potential through what they eat and how they live their life...and I'd be honored to guide & support you in this pursuit!
